The most important race you'll run starts the day you commit.
Phase 1 - Getting Started
We start with a 10-15 minute call to discuss your goals, your current fitness, and which program is the right fit. No pressure — just a conversation.
01 - Free Consultation
You choose your goal race and we lock in your 16-week start date. Everything gets built backward from race day. You choose between our two coaching program, Race Ready and The Full Build. Both with full coaching only differing in the Full Build offers complete comprehensive nutrition programming.
02 - Pick your Race and Choose Your Plan
You'll complete a brief health questionnaire, liability waiver and lifestyle form so we can build your program safely and specifically around you.
03 - Waivers and Questionaires
You'll get immediate access to the Base Camp members portal where your onboarding instructions live along with daily content and education to compliment keeping you motivated and educated.
04 - Base Camp Access
You'll join the Metabolic Running Strava community and get set up on our training execution app where all your programming will live.
05 - Strava and App Set-up
Phase 2- the blueprint

Before a single mile is run we build your entire program around you. Using your questionnaire we design your running block, strength training, and nutrition targets (The Full Build) around your lifestyle, family schedule, training access, dietary restrictions, and body composition goals. Nothing is templated. Everything is built for you.
06 - Program Design
Once your program is ready we jump on a call to walk through week 1 together. You'll know exactly what to expect, why every session is structured the way it is, and how to execute from day one. All week 1 programming will be uploaded onto your app for week 1 execution.

Steps 09 and 10 are exclusive to the Full Build Athletes
Every week your running and strength sessions are written, loaded into the app, and ready to execute. Each session has a purpose — nothing is junk mileage.
08 - Weekly Run & Strength Programming
10 - Weekly Nutrition Plans Uploaded
Your personalized meal structure is uploaded directly into the app each week so you always know what to eat, when to eat it, and why it matters for that specific week of training. Everything is built to maximize recovery and fuel performance all while enjoying the balance of life.
09 - Weekly Nutrition Programming
Your weekly caloric and macro targets are updated based on your training load, your metrics, and where you are in your block. Fuel timing is built into every training day to maximize recovery, fuel performance and accomplish the tasks of overall daily life
11 - Daily Coaching Through Race Day
Every day of your 16-week block we are monitoring, adjusting, and coaching. You are never doing this alone. We encourage full communication along the way. We love the process and doing everything we can to keep you healthy and on track.
